The Open Hearts in a Closed World Women’s Conference is a 5 day, free, online conference. Open Hearts in a Closed World was started with the purpose to provide women in the local church with sound teaching and biblical resources that encourage, exhort, and train women for the glory of Jesus Christ Alone. To do this, Brooke Bartz had a vision to bring together solid, women teachers to teach the Word of God and address the pragmatic and unscriptural views that women are faced with from the culture...and to do so at no cost to the attendees.

In 2020, the conference went online with the motivation to provide biblical teaching for women all around the world. The conference was broadcast online for 5 days and by God’s grace, the conference reached 25,000 women in 30 different countries. The attendees of the conference varied greatly from women’s ministries across the globe, individuals who had never been exposed to strong, biblical teaching, as well as seasoned saints who were encouraged and challenged by the teaching.

Since last year, the Open Hearts in a Closed World conference has grown in its partnerships and visibility. The Master’s University will be sponsoring this year’s conference along with Media Gratiea and American Gospel TV. American Gospel TV will be streaming this year’s conference in addition to IGTV, Youtube, and Facebook Live. Cityalight will be leading worship for the second straight year.

This year’s

conference theme is

“Reverence in Radical Times”. We will examine the false

and sinful influences that lead women astray as well teach them from the book of Titus, Proverbs 31, and other books from the Word of God, what true, biblical reverence looks like amidst a decaying culture that feeds the

flesh and vies for their affections.
